When the housing market started to crumble I knew I had to change the way I approached my real estate career or find a new career and no question Virtual Reality was the way to go. I decided to focus on distressed assets and I’m glad I did. Amongst other things I went to JCL Realty because my broker is also an attorney who was and still is heavily involved in helping people who are upside-down in their mortgages. I have since handled hundreds of short sales and I’m now looking forward to the market getting back to what you might call a normal market.
After many years in the real estate business I had taken some time off.
